The Book

Seven Rhythms for Thriving in Every Era of Life

Bringing some good to each moment,
something better to each day,
and our best to each other
as we encounter the world together.

About the book

Thriv’era challenges us to move with thoughtful purpose toward a deepened sense of identity — that we are spirited, creative, and connected people, called to be present, grateful, generous, and missional with our lives.

The book gathers the stories, ancient wisdom, and practices behind that invitation. It is not a program to complete or a system to master. It is a way of paying attention — seven rhythms that help us receive life as gift and return some good to it.

What you will encounter

  • Stories drawn from ordinary life and long pastoral practice
  • Ancient wisdom and scripture, reimagined, and read with fresh eyes
  • The seven rhythms, one chapter at a time
  • Reflections, refrains, and intentions you can carry into a week
  • An invitation to practice all of it with other people
