Thriv’era is an invitation to practice a more whole, grounded, and thriving way of life — seven rhythms, practiced together, in whatever era of life you are in.

What is Thriv’era?

Thriv’era challenges us to move with thoughtful purpose toward a deepened sense of identity — that we are spirited, creative, and connected people, called to be present, grateful, generous, and missional with our lives.

Together, we are exploring what it means to live into these rhythms in ways that help us bring some good to each moment, something better to each day, and our best to each other as we encounter the world together.

The name is a compound: thrive and era. Not one season of life, and not one kind of person — every era, and all of us.

What does thriving mean here?

Not success. Not constant happiness. Not a life with the hard parts removed.

Thriving, in Thriv’era, means becoming more awake, more whole, and more available to love — in the actual life you have, with the people actually in it. It is measured in attention and in generosity, not in achievement.

Which is why these are called rhythms rather than steps. You do not finish them. You return to them.

What are the seven rhythms?

Spirited · Creative · Connected · Present · Grateful · Generous · Missional

Together, these rhythms help us receive life as gift, make room for wonder, widen the table, return to the present moment, gather the good, open our hands, and take the next faithful step.

How can I take part?

There is no membership and nothing to join. There are three ways in, and you can start with any of them.

Why Thriv’era exists

Most of us are not short on information about how to live well. We are short on company, and on practice.

Thriv’era grew out of that gap — a conviction that these seven rhythms are not new ideas to be learned but old truths to be remembered, and that they are almost impossible to sustain alone. So the work is built for groups: read a little, talk honestly, name an intention, come back next week.

Paul’s fuller account of how Thriv’era began is coming soon.
